Jan Lilleby | Partner

Jan Lilleby is Managing Director of Lilleby Frisch and has several years of experience within strategic counselling in the realm of politics, business and media. He established his own consulting firm at the age of 27, where he advised a number of clients for three years. Before that, he worked as a financial journalist at E24. Lilleby holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and has been a non-commissioned officer in the Norwegian army.

Stein Jacob Frisch | Partner

Stein Jacob Frisch is Chairman of the Board of Lilleby Frisch and has more than 25 years of experience as leader in professional service firms and as an advisor in communication, crisis management and government relations. He was CEO of Geelmuyden Kiese´s Nordic operations for almost ten years. Frisch has a background from the Norwegian army and still functions as an instructor. He holds a Master of Science in Shipping, Trade & Finance from Cass Business School, a B. Sc. from Warwick Business School and is a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA/AFA).

Jonas P. Ludvigsen | Senior Advisor

Jonas P. Ludvigsen has extensive experience from local and regional political organizations in Norway. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), with specialization in Energy, Natural Resources and the Environment. Ludvigsen was Vice President of the Student Union at NHH, journalist in the school’s newspaper, and produced his own podcast. He has also served two years in the Norwegian Army, first as a soldier representative in His Majesty the Kings Guard, and then as a representative of all conscripts in the Norwegian Army.

Johanne Skjævestad | Intern

Johanne Skjævestad has extensive experience from political organizations in Norway, and is currently on a one year internship at Lilleby Frisch. She recently finished her third year at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), during which she was active within the students association. Skjævestad was on the board of The Business Committee and establised the Sustainability Career Days at NHH. Before becoming a student at NHH she worked on  a wide range of projects, both in the professional world and through the Youth Entrepreneurship organization in Norway. She as also lived over six years in the United States of America, where she recied the presidental award for outstanding academic performance.


Martha S. Raaum | Intern

Martha S. Raaum holds a BSc in economics and administration at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). She works with Lilleby Frisch as an intern until she plans to pursue a degree in law at the University of Oslo from January 2023. Martha is an initiator, which she has proven through previous work experience in several startup companies, where she has worked with strategy and business structure. Martha has been involved in a variety of extracurricular activities, including deputy head of program at the NHH-Symposium. which is the largest student driven business conference in Scandinavia, as well as other committee boards in the students’ union.
